Service Description

Domain Finder provides domain name availability checking using WHOIS data and registrar verification. Results are provided for informational purposes and should be verified with a registrar before purchase.

Acceptable Use

• Use for legitimate domain research only
• Respect rate limits — automated abuse will result in account suspension
• Don't redistribute bulk data without an Agency license
• Don't use the service for domain squatting research on trademarked names

Accuracy

We verify availability via RDAP in real time, but domain availability can change between the time of search and the time of registration. We are not liable for inaccuracies caused by registrar-side delays or third-party registrations.

Refunds

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Unused lookups do not roll over. Refunds for the current billing period are available within 7 days if the service is non-functional.

Limitation of Liability

Domain Finder is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including lost domain registrations.
