Domain Finder is a domain availability research tool. We take your privacy seriously.

What we collect

• Email address (when you subscribe or create an account)
• Search queries (to improve our service and for caching)
• IP address (for rate limiting and abuse prevention)
• Payment data is handled by our payment processor — we never see or store your card details

How we use your data

• To provide domain availability search results
• To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse
• To send transactional emails (receipts, API keys, watchlist alerts)
• To improve our TLD coverage and accuracy

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data
• We don't share your search history with third parties
• We don't use tracking pixels or third-party analytics

Data retention

Search results are cached in memory for 1 hour and then discarded. Account data is retained for the lifetime of your subscription and deleted within 30 days of cancellation.
